And before you ask about the awkward pose, its supposed to kinda be a bounce/run type thing. It was sorta based on how dogs run.

Showed it to my mom, all happy because I was so proud of it. The first thing she says is "How long did it take?"
How long did it take? Really?
"You should be able to make these like that! -snaps fingers-
She just doesn't get how hard it is to make these. She thinks this should take me about 30 minutes. No. Its just not like that. The worst part is, she doesn't draw so she'll never know how hard it is.
No words of incouragement or praise whatsoever.
It seems she never appreciates how much work I put into my art.
Unless its people.
Then she'll gladly say how great it is.
