Therapy
We just went to our first therapy session
it was really hard
(and stressful and now i feel like i need to sleep im just. wow. i wasnt expecting that)
there was a lot of hard topics brought up and now im gonna be put on depression/anxiety medicine.
even though it was really hard and I cried through most of it im really glad we went??
